Perfect Weekend :)

Last weekend is PERFECT. perfectly beautiful.


Saturday (10th Oct)
Old Folks Home
In the afternoon, i went to the Bukit Batok Home for The Aged to do voluntary work. I brought my parents along too! In fact, it was my dad who volunteered to come along. it's really heartwarming to see dad and mum interact with the old folks. thanks to Baby. With the addition of Baby, dad seems more willing to travel. :)

We helped out by first distributing foods to the old folks. they were really happy. i felt happy too seeing the smiles on their faces. it's so true and everlasting. then, i was so inspired to perform for them. AND, I DID! i actually went on stage and sang SHE's SUPERSTAR! really, music is universal. i can see they enjoyed my singing and most importantly, the claps and smiles were sincere. one uncle went on stage to dance when i sang and another aunite actually hold me hands and said that i sang well. they really touched my heart.

then, we started interacting with the old folks. they are just cute. so innocent. oh man. i simply love talking to them. sweet sweet conversation. next up, the uncle who actually danced when i sang, grabbed my hands and pulled me up the stage to dance with him. He was actually a dancer back in Philippines. We danced! haha. i saw another auntie dancing to the song and i invited her on stage to dance as well. bad move! cuz they nearly fought! uncle was upset that i invited auntie on stage because, he said dance is never meant for 3 persons!

:) i really enjoyed the session with the old folks. especially when i turned my head around, i see my parents smiling at me.

FINALLY SHE SAID I DO!!! PROPOSAL ON DUCK TOURS! haha. so cute!
i am sure u guys will rmb this special moments together. hand in hand till the end.
you guys have my blessings. i m sure the new phrase in your new life will be a better one.

3rd Wedding related event in Oct this far! oh my god. it makes me feel like getting one as well. haha. sweet couple.!! cool johnson. pretty eileen. envious!

We talked for hours before he left.
All the way from Skype on his computer to free phone calls from Changi Airport.
yeah, he taught me some beautiful things in life too.
i will remember them all.
